Summer 2018 is here and more and more of us are looking to escape thew country for a week in the sun. Airports are not a particularly fun environment and it becomes even moe stressful once you take into account size of Manchester Airport. Unless you’re a massive fan of the overpriced bars there really isn’t a lot to do except sit around and hope that it's all as hassle free as possible.
The airport is also under going a pretty major face lift as the new 'super-terminal' is built.
The airport has promised a ‘better, faster and more modern’ airport experience with T2 doubled in size.
Bosses aim to slash off-peak security queues to just five minutes, double the number of airport jobs to 40,000 in 30 years and add 10 million annual passengers over the next decade.
Automatic bag-drops, more stands for aircraft and a huge car park are also included.
One thing that can't be solved though is an inconvenient time or even worse, a delayed flight, or if you’ve traveled a fair distance meaning you also have to book a hotel to stay in.
This means even more faffing and spending money and the last thing you need is a rubbish hotel.
