Officers confirmed a 24-year-old man was discovered in a property on the Perth Road.
Police in Dundee have launched a sudden death probe after a man’s body was found near the city centre.
The grim discovery was made at a property on the Perth Road on Sunday afternoon.
Officers described the victim as a 24-year-old man.
They said that at this stage of the investigation they are not treating the death as suspicious and confirmed that a report had been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesman told Dundee Live today: “Officers were called to an address in Perth Road in Dundee at around 12.55pm on Sunday March 27, following the sudden death of a 24-year-old man.
“The death is currently being treated as non-suspicious and enquiries are ongoing.
“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
