Home Values Rose in April as Sales Slowed in Northern Ireland, Survey Says
Northern Ireland continued to see an increase in property values in April but saw a slowdown in agreed sales, according to surveyors. A majority of respondents in the latest survey of property professionals by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors said that prices rose over the past three months. Respondents suggested that home sales slowed in April as both supply and demand levels eased, though they still expect sales and prices to rise in the short and longer term. Irish News

Houston’s Luxury Market Took off in April
Houston’s housing market rebounded in April, with a notable uptick in activity at the luxury level, according to data from the Houston Association of Realtors. Single-family home sales rose across the market, but deals for $1 million-plus houses increased a significant 34% in April compared to a year ago.
