We are migrating your Changi Account to our new identity access management system to serve you better.
From December 2022 to Feburary 2023, Changi Airport Group will be implementing a new identity access management system that will provide you with a more secure seamless and integrated login experience. You can look forward to a refreshed “Account” page where you may view and edit your account information, as well as to manage your account settings more easily. This will be progressively rolled out over the next few months.
During this time, your Changi Account and all the information you have shared with us will be migrated to this new identity access management system. Throughout this process, your login credentials (i.e. email and password) will remain unchanged and you will be able to log in to your Changi Account as per normal. Once the migration is complete , you will be required to re-log in to your iChangi App. We seek your understanding as this helps us better ensure the security of your Changi Account . Do note that by logging in to your Changi Account, you are agreeing to the latest Terms & Conditions.
