A new $500 million hotel and casino is coming to the world famous Las Vegas Strip – with the resort set to open its doors in 2024.
Just last week, the construction work got underway on the new casino and hotel complex – which goes by the name of Dream Las Vegas – with the project set to be another new addition to the portfolio of one of the world’s fastest growing independent lifestyle hotel companies, the Dream Hotel Group.
In fact, the company currently has 25 new properties set to open at different stages throughout the next few years – including hotels in both the U.S. and Mexico.
So, what do we know so far about the upcoming Dream Las Vegas – set to make its debut in 2024?
Let’s take a look at what accommodation, entertainment, drinking and dining options Dream Las Vegas is set to offer visitors.
Dream Las Vegas will feature a boutique-style hotel consisting of 531 guest rooms and suites – with guests sure to find the most suitable and right accommodation to meet their requirements.
Visitors to Dream Las Vegas are sure to not be disappointed by the dining, drinking and nightlife venues available – with the complex set to offer multiple options to meet the needs of its guests.
These include:
And, if that wasn’t already enough, Dream Las Vegas is also set to feature a 90-seat live entertainment theater, a TechnoGym fitness center, as well a 20,000 square-foot casino and gaming floor for visitors to explore and enjoy.
Once built and open for business you will find Dream Las Vegas just opposite one of the city’s largest casino resorts, the Mandalay Bay – at the south end of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.
In fact, Dream Las Vegas – once built – will be one of the first hotel casino resorts that you’ll be able to see from the world-famous ‘Welcome to Las Vegas’ sign.
Although no exact date has yet to be set for when Dream Las Vegas will welcome the very first guests through its doors, the new addition to the Las Vegas Strip is set to open in the latter stages of 2024.
There is no real surprise that hotel companies continue to look at Las Vegas as a location to open new hotel and casino resorts at – especially as the city is set to be one of the busiest destinations for tourists in the U.S. this summer.
Just two months ago we reported that Las Vegas was close to breaking pre-covid records when it comes to the number of visitors making their way to the city, and just recently that became a reality with 7% more passengers arriving into the city’s Harry Reid International Airport compared to 2019.
And, with the city continuing to grow in popularity – with it offering so many adventurous, ‘out of the box’, ‘unusual’ and family-friendly things to do and see – Dream Las Vegas is certainly well-placed to establish itself as one of the city’s top hotels, especially with its unique boutique – and more intimate – look and feel.
