Fritto misto at Bird and Betty's in Beach Haven(Stephanie Rizzolo | for NJ Advance Media)
Outdoor dining has finally returned to how nature intended it to be. No longer is it considered the only safe way to dine, and no longer a heater-clad, year-round endeavor. While New Jersey summers always seem to fly by too quickly, dining al fresco is the best way to embrace those precious months of exceptional weather.
