The Luxembourg airline has announced its winter flight schedule, which features a number of new destinations for passengers from Findel airport.
This winter, Luxair will offer flights to new cities in Europe, Morocco and the Emirates. On Friday, the airline announced it had optimised its winter flight plan, with more destinations on the horizon for summer 2023.
Starting from Saturday 15 October, Luxair will operate one flight a week to Agadir, Morocco’s largest seaside resort.
Meanwhile, for the festive and carnival holidays, Luxair will increase the number of flights serving Bordeaux, with round trips on Wednesdays and Saturdays, while also bumping up the number of weekly flights to Dubai to three.
In February, the airline will add new flights to Malta (from 11 February, weekly on Saturdays) and to Naples (12 February, twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays).
There will also be more flights to Munich, a popular destination for Luxair, with an additional flight added on Sundays throughout the winter, bringing the weekly total to thirteen. Barcelona will also receive an additional flight on Saturdays, while the airline will increase the number of Venice flights to six per week.
Those already planning their summer holidays will be pleased to know that Luxair is planning on introducing flights to the new destinations of Izmir in Turkey and Chania, Crete.
Flights to Izmir will begin on 6 April with one flight per week, while LuxairTours will offer accommodation with 14 partner hotels.
Chania flights will commence on 12 May, with a weekly flight, and 12 partner hotels for would-be LuxairTours customers.
Luxair will also add direct flights to Santorini and Mykonos from June 2023, with an additional weekly flight to Toulon and Málaga respectively.
