The Nokia G60 is a relatively high-end device for its brand, as it packs a 120Hz (albeit LCD) display along with a main rear 50MP "AI camera". Now, it seems these potential advantages are coming with it on its possibly imminent Indian-market debut.
This is no longer in any doubt thanks to the arrival of the G60 onto its own new page on the Nokia India website. It confirms that the smartphone still has its Snapdragon 695 SoC in its new regional SKUs, and still ships with Android 12.
Then again, Nokia guarantees that the G60 will get 3 "OS upgrades", as well as monthly security patch upgrades, over the next 2 years (correct at time of writing). The mid-range device will be sold in Black or Ice (gray) colorways in India, and is rated to support NFC in its new market.
However, its pricing remains a mystery at this point, as does its chance of a formal debut event of any kind in the near future: the G60 just might content itself with the stealth launch it has already executed via the Nokia website.
