Newly opened Japanese kaiseki house Ushidoki introduces its multi-course tasting menu featuring the exclusive wagyu from the famed Oda farm in Kagoshima prefecture. Modern Cantonese fine-dining restaurant 1111 ONES is offering two seasonal tasting dinner menus.
