National professional services firm Pitcher Partners has added eight new partners to its leadership team.
The new partners have all been promoted from within the company and are based in Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth, with expertise in diverse areas including audit and assurance, tax advisory, business recovery and insolvency, and private business.
John Brazzale, National Chairman of Pitcher Partners, said that the career milestone sees the group of eight recognised for “their continued commitment to delivering the best advice and opportunities for clients.” Meanwhile, “injecting new senior talent into the partnership keeps the ideas fresh and sharp, which shapes the way our clients are supported.”
Adam Blizzard
Service Line: Business Advisory and Assurance
Office: Melbourne
Adam started as a graduate at Pitcher Partners in 2009, and has grown the ranks to now become a partner. He is part of the Business Advisory and Assurance division and is a key member of the outsource finance team.
He specialises in management accounting and outsourced finance services, from day-to-day finance services and bookkeeping to statutory reporting, income tax compliance and structuring advice. He works for clients across sectors, with a focus on companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Karen Levine
Service Line: Private Business and Family Advisory
Office: Brisbane
Karen brings 25+ years of experience to the partnership. She started her career at Johnston Rorke (which Pitcher Partners by affiliation in 2011), and progressed her way through the business to now become a partner.
She works with private enterprises and high-net-worth family owners on financial and tax advice and commercial affairs. Her main focus is on clients in property development, professional services and manufacturing.
Lindsay Bainbridge
Service Line: Business Recovery and Insolvency

Lindsay has over 17 years of insolvency experience in corporate and personal insolvency administrations. He specialises has led a series of international and cross-border investigations and litigation in jurisdictions such as Switzerland, the Channel Islands, the Caribbean, Hong Kong, and the United States. On a domestic front, Lindsay has worked on matters such as international tax evasion, money laundering, illegal phoenix facilitation and asset recoveries.
Lindsay joined the Pitcher Partners in its Melbourne office in 2005.
Tim Bradd
Service Line: Business Recovery and Insolvency
Office: Melbourne
Tim has been with Pitcher Partners since 2013, specialising in managing complex tax debts, insolvency support and providing expert financial statement analysis. He works for businesses and litigation lawyers in support of claims.
In recent years, Tim has focused on engagements in construction, logistics, manufacturing, and finance.
Daniel Burt
Service Line: Tax Advisory
Office: Melbourne
Daniel has extensive tax advisory experience, focused on income tax matters for private and public companies and high net wealth individuals. He has advised on several significant and complex mergers & acquisitions.
Daniel practices across a diverse range of industries and sectors, including property and construction, manufacturing, and professional services. He joined Pitcher Partners in 2015 and previously held senior executive positions at the Australian Taxation Office, within its compliance department.
Marion Lim

Marion has been with Pitcher Partners for nearly two decades. She specialises in accounting and business advisory, working with privately owned businesses and high net worth individuals and their families.
Her expertise is centred around outsourced financial controller services, working with finance teams on process improvement, implementing reporting, and change. Marion’s industry specialisations include pharmacy, healthcare, property, and retail.
Irina Tan
Service Line: Tax Advisory

Irina has been with Pitcher Partners since 2017, focusing on state tax matters, including business and asset acquisitions, corporate group restructures, strategic structuring of transactions and projects to achieve efficiencies, land rich, landholder and trust acquisition duties, foreign duty and land tax surcharges, and duty and land tax exemptions and concessions. She mainly works for clients in the property sector.
A member of the Tax Institute’s Victorian State Taxes Committee, Irina also represents clients in matters with the relevant revenue authorities, including for the purposes of private ruling and exemption applications, voluntary disclosures and negotiations.
Michael Fay
Service Line: Audit and Assurance
Office: Perth
Michael is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Registered Company Auditor and provides audit and assurance services to a range of clients including ASX listed companies, not-for-profit organisations, charities and privately held entities.
Prior to Pitcher Partners, Michael worked for a boutique accounting firm and a Big Four firm, among others. He has been with Pitcher Partners since 2019.
In last year’s mid-year new partner intake, Pitcher Partners promoted seven to its leadership team.
