Tune in from Wednesday, Feb. 22, for five days of interactive quizzes. The event is part of a 'John Wick Chapter 4' promotion, so you may have to consume some Keanu content along the way.

TikTok is giving away $500,000 as part of a live trivia experience.
Tune in from Wednesday, Feb. 22, for five days of interactive quizzing, hosted by TikTok creator James Henry. Anyone aged 18 or older in the US can register for the event by clicking a trivia widget on the app’s For You feed, searching for #TikTokTrivia, or visiting the main TikTok account.
Aside from the daily opportunity to share in the $500,000 prize pot, participants will “see fun surprises and integrations” from sponsor Lionsgate, which is promoting the upcoming film John Wick Chapter 4. TikTok is also partnering with creators “from diverse communities” who will go live following trivia sessions.
Wednesday through Friday will feature two sessions per day (8-9 p.m. and 9-10 p.m. ET), each with several rounds of multiple-choice questions covering everything from lifestyle and sports to music and beauty (and, of course, John Wick). You must answer all questions correctly for a chance to win money. Special “Survival Rounds” weed out the weak with unlimited questions of increasing difficulty; the last group standing splits a $100,000 prize.
“Game shows and trivia have been a part of popular culture for years,” Henry said in a statement(Opens in a new window). “TikTok Trivia has the power to bring people together, creating an electrifying atmosphere filled with excitement and a shared sense of community.”
There is no word on how the social network plans to keep folks from cheating (considering everyone will be playing on a Wi-Fi-connected, search engine-enabled device), whether participants play as individuals or teams, or exactly how much John Wick Chapter 4 content they’ll have to consume. (Perhaps it’ll mimic the HQ Trivia experience.)
“At TikTok, we’re committed to being your go-to destination for entertainment while creating opportunities that invite deeper engagement, provide value, and excite our community,” according to a blog announcement. “We are in the early days of developing TikTok Trivia as we continue to introduce more ways to connect and engage on TikTok Live.”
