Start with some oil, cumin seeds, green chillies, onions, and peas. Season it with salt and garam masala. Now add in soaked rice and pressure cook until it’s done. Matar pulav is ready in no time.
Grate some carrots and make a filling of it using curd, salt and green chillies. Splutter some oil and mustard seeds on the tawa and toast the bread with the carrot filling on both sides. Have it hot and you are going to make it on all your lazy days
Roast papad and break it into pieces. Prepare a gravy – Oil, jeera, hing, red chilli, turmeric, and coriander powder. Add water and let it boil. Add papad and your sabzi is ready
Boil water and add cornmeal. Give it a stir and pressure cook it for good 6-7 whistles. Add salt and sugar once done. Enjoy it with curd or pickle on the side
Roast garlic on the flame. Once done, add salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes and unsalted butter and whisk it with garlic. Enjoy making instant cheese garlic bread at home in no time
