Cut raw bananas into cubes and boil them with some turmeric. Saute them with some oil, mustard seeds, jeera, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies, salt and red chilli powder. Enjoy it with a bowl of curd rice and thank us later
Cut Raw Banana into thin slices and dip it in cold water. Prepare a coat of Besan, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt and garam masala. Coat the slices on all sides and deep fry until brown and crisp. An easy tea-time snack is ready
Out of potatoes, and in the mood for some pav bhaji? Just substitute potatoes with raw banana and pressure cook with carrots, cauliflowers and peas. Sauté some oil, ginger, garlic, green chillies, onions, and tomatoes and add the cooked mixture with some pav bhaji masala and salt and get the exact same taste of pav bhaji at home
Slice some raw bananas and deep fry them until crisp and brown. Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder when hot and raw banana chips are ready!
Pressure-cook raw bananas and mash them. Add chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, salt, and chaat masala and make patties. Shallow fry them. Top it off with some onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, salt, chat masala and curd. Enjoy a healthy plate of raw banana chaat.
