With a pair of skilful hands, he evokes his feelings for his hometown with the restaurant’s guests through the food. There is an open kitchen in the dining room, and the excellent craftsmanship of the chef-team can be seen at a glance. The restaurant also possesses large glass windows facing the Singapore River, and the atmosphere is quite relaxing.
Located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, CUT serves high-quality steaks that are juicy, tender, and grilled to perfection. The service team is hospitable and impressive. The restaurant also offers a variety of fine wines, and you might as well have a few drinks at the bar before settling down to your meal!
Db Bistro & Oyster Bar opened in 2010 and is located within The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. With a focus on French cuisine with a modern American twist, the restaurant serves fresh oysters and shellfish from around the world, as well as a delicious line of signature burgers. A variety of world-famous wines is also available, and it is recommended to pair your meals with a glass or two to perfect the dining experience.
This modern Chinese restaurant located inside the famous Fullerton Hotel is decked out in off-white, with white gauze and velvet curtains, along with high ceilings, showcasing its elegance. The service team is attentive, and the chef-team provides diners with a variety of exquisite Cantonese dishes.
Opened in 2014 and located within the Esplanade Mall, Liguang Han promotes the source-to-table concept, reinterpreting Singaporean cuisine through traditional cooking techniques. The menu is dominated by seafood and is complemented by produce that are delivered directly from their place of origin. Dishes are inspired by local flavours, allowing diners to feel the chef’s passion for the culture.
Located in the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay, Marguerite boasts interiors that are simple and elegant, and with lush greenery. The chef, Michael Wilson, is skilled at selecting high-quality ingredients to create exquisite and contemporary continental dishes. The wine list is excellent and the personalised service completes the entire dining experience where guests can leave with good memories of the restaurant.
With its stunning location at One Fullerton, the dining room is decked with floor-to-ceiling glass windows so that diners can enjoy the view of Singapore’s famous landmarks, such as Marina Bay and the Merlion Park, during the meal. Situated adjacent to Saint Pierre, the location of Shoukouwa is excellent; and although the restaurant does not have a panoramic view of Marina Bay, the high-quality Japanese cuisine served here is enough to attract many diners. The ingredients are flown in from Japan four times a week, and a variety of delicious sushi is made by an experienced chef from Nagoya.
While surrounded by high-rise buildings, Sommer is located just across The Promontory@Marina Bay, which boasts scenic views. After dinner, take a stroll nearby and enjoy the view. The kitchen is run by a team of young chefs, including Lewis Barker, who present exquisite continental dishes with modern twists and outstanding tastes.

In addition to the floor-to-ceiling glass, the restaurant is also decorated with a dome-shaped ceiling, and the lighting is specially designed to ensure that the restaurant’s environment remains beautiful, even during dinner-time.
