Illusionist David Copperfield has been hit with a lawsuit from the board of managers of the Galleria Condominium, on East 57th Street in Manhattan, which is claiming the magician “trashed” his unit in the building before moving out in 2018. After leaving the unit, he allegedly “failed to maintain the valves, pipes and other mechanical equipment servicing his unit,” and as a result, neighboring apartments and other parts of the building faced damage.
