In newly-filed documents with Companies House, the business said the period was its second best in its 24-year history.
The firm's past projects also include the likes of The Towers in Didsbury as well as buildings for Aldi, Holiday Inn, Waitrose, Premier Inn, Travelodge, Asda, Morrisons and B&Q.
A statement signed off by the board said: "The business has completed a number of large projects in the hotel, office, residential and industrial sectors and continues to successfully deliver exceptional products within our allotted budgets.
"We have won work from new and existing clients, developed further our relationships with longstanding clients and invested in our team during an incredible challenging year.
"We have been resilient in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, keeping all sites active throughout and achieving all milestones in line with client exceptions.

"Last year's surge to £141m turnover was a record result, and represented a 34% increase from the £105m of the year before due, in the main, to the commencement of three huge projects.
"Those projects will continue to generate revenue and will complete in 2021/22.
"Replacing that revenue will be challenging as many investors are delaying previously agreed schemes and pricing is expected to be especially competitive as clients use the pipeline squeeze to put pressure on margins.
"Crucially for Russell WBHO, profit is strong and the business continues to remain debt free, with no external borrowing arrangements.
"These accounts demonstrate the strength of the business which, while the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted immediate project starts, is in an extremely positive position to weather the storm and hit the ground running as new opportunities arise."
