Singapore Airlines today announced changes to the KrisFlyer award and upgrade charts effective July 5, 2022. The number of miles required for saver awards increases by roughly 10% per information released by SQ.
Singapore also ends paid stopover awards for tickets issued on or after August 1, 2022. However, stopovers up to 30 days are still allowed on return saver awards and oneway or return advantage awards.

Conclusion
It seems that Singapore Airlines has been pissed off of people redeeming paid stopovers on one-way saver awards, which has been a great redemption option for those living in Singapore. Why do these programs try to kill off any exciting features?
