Singapore started to allow select nationals to enter from the fall of 2021 by utilizing unique Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flights and several tests.
All these requirements were swiftly removed this spring, and entering Singapore is almost as easy as previously for those fully vaccinated, as I experienced yesterday.
You can access Singapore’s page for entry requirements here.

Singapore has reverted to previous entry requirements for those fully vaccinated. There are no requirements for pre-departure or on-arrival testing.
You do, however, need to fill out an SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with Electronic Health Declaration.
You can do this online, and it is a relatively smooth process. The forms ask for your personal information, departure flight, and other usual stuff. It also asks you to upload a proof of vaccination, preferably in a QR format.
I just used the QR that I had used for my most recent Thailand Pass application (from the EU Digital Covid Certificate).
Email confirmation of the pass came through as well
There was a note on the check-in desk about the electronic pass requirement. The agent also asked if I was fully vaccinated but never actually checked it beyond my verbal confirmation.
They also reminded me of the current policies of flying on Singapore Airlines.
I was first off the plane, and there was none of the craziness left compared to my transit experiences in 2021.
These cameras probably checked your temperature, but I cannot remember if they were manned.
The immigration hall on Friday afternoon was close to empty.
There is a clear note that if you have not filled the electronic card, you need to take the left lane and do it before proceeding. The immigration experience was as smooth as ever.
The passports are no longer stamped in Singapore, but you get confirmation that the entry has been recorded in your email.
There were only roughly 10 passengers on the full flight that were at the luggage carrousel. Obviously there were some with carry-on only, but most of the passengers on this full flight were just transiting in Singapore.
Conclusion
I will write a few notes about Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia over the next couple of days as my Southeast Asian trip concludes.
My original plan was to visit South Korea and Malaysia too, but I had to make some changes due to flight issues (there is much less connectivity as there was pre-pandemic still in Asia).
