The Singapore Grand Prix is known to be one of the most physically demanding races for both the car and the driver. Held at Marina Bay, Singapore’s hot and humid conditions result in increased temperatures in the brakes, engine, and tyres, subsequently reducing speed, aerodynamic downforce and cornering grip. This makes the Singapore Grand Prix one of the most challenging tracks on the Formula One calendar, and certainly one of the most exciting races to watch.
As a night race, the conditions are cooler, however, due to this being a street race enclosed by concrete walls, heat is trapped within the confines of the racetrack and the road surface. This, along with the fumes inherent to a street race, contributes to the mental and physical challenges of this race.
So, why is this relevant? If you’ve watched Formula One: Drive to Survive, you will understand how essential it is for drivers to arrive as well rested as possible. As such, many drivers will take a private jet to the circuit destination, but did you know you can travel in the same style too?
Picture this: your journey begins with a luxury car transfer to the departure terminal where you will be able to avoid the hustle and bustle of Sydney airport. As you make your way through the VIP terminal, a private 14-seater jet to Singapore awaits you. Aboard the jet, you will be served gourmet food and drinks.
Once arriving in the vibrant city-state of Singapore, you will be picked up and taken to your five-star accommodation. Your room will be on the seventh floor at The Fullerton Hotel where you will be able to watch the highly-anticipated race from the comfort of your luxurious room or balcony.
When you’re not watching the race, you’ll be able to enjoy a range of exclusive benefits through access to The Fullerton’s Executive Club.
