Henley & Partners said in its report that Japan and South Korea came in first and second in its global passport ranking, respectively.
“The world’s most powerful passport is Japanese, which enables no-visa travel to 193 countries,” it said, adding, “South Korea and Singapore came in second with a count of 192 each.”
Germany and Spain came in third with 190, followed by Finland, Italy and Luxembourg (189), Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands and Sweden (188), France, Ireland, Portugal and the United Kingdom (187), and the United States, New Zealand, Switzerland and Belgium (186).
North Korea came in 102nd by recording 40 and Nepal and Palestine came in 103rd with 38. Iraq’s ranking and count are 108th and 29. Afghanistan is the last, 109th, with 27.
