Society is changing rapidly – and so are the ideas we have about how we want to live our lives. New life and family models are becoming more and more important. A new study by the University of Zurich also shows this. SBB, as a responsible employer, wants to meet these changing needs.
Regardless of whether full- or part-time, SBB already offers a variety of life- and family-compatible framework conditions and offers: flexible working models, Work Smart, re-entry and lateral entry opportunities, as well as attractive remuneration and compensation models for shift work. Now SBB is going one step further – starting from September 2022, SBB will be advertising their positions starting at 60%.
The team at Shining Film were able to produce multiple spots for SBB promoting this new action. The concept allows the viewer to experience everyday life with Nora, our maintenance mechanic, drum’n’bass lover and hobby volleyball player. Who has time for it all due to her 60% job.
