ADP (Singapore)
Jessica Zhang has been appointed as Asia Pacific Region Senior Vice President, effective immediately.
Zhang joins the Senior Leadership Team of ADP Employer Services International President Virginia Magliulo.
In this role, Zhang will drive strategic growth and operational excellence throughout this fast-growing and dynamic region of APAC.
Based in Singapore, she will be accountable for developing talent, expanding ADP's footprint in the region, and accelerating the introduction and growth of the company's newest solutions in APAC. The appointment follows outgoing President APAC Peter Hadley being named global Corporate Treasurer.
Zhang joined ADP in 2007 as China Finance and Accounting VP. In 2018, after taking on two additional leadership roles as CFO China and then CFO APAC, she was promoted to North Asia General Manager.
For the past four years, she has led the business to achieve significant revenue growth and built a strong and diverse leadership team in North Asia. She has also led demanding projects, including successfully managing the safety and support of ADP clients and associates at the outbreak of COVID.
"While the rest of the world was grappling with payroll processes during the pandemic, Jessica was already aligning her teams to run payroll for our clients 100% from home; something we had never previously imagined would be possible", Magliulo says.

Aware (England)
Debasish Biswas has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer.
Biswas brings extensive experience and business success in enterprise networking, network security, system software, and virtualisation. He raised multiple financing rounds for technology startups and has been an instrumental leader at large-scale global engineering organisations.
As CTO, Biswas will oversee Aware's global engineering teams, including data science, engineering, and technology strategy. He is responsible for building and scaling the Aware platform and for enabling application teams to deliver groundbreaking solutions faster.

Biswas comes to Aware from Aura, where he led the worldwide engineering organisation to deliver innovative new products for the consumer digital security space. He has over three decades of experience in the IT industry, including five years at Hewlett Packard, where he led SDN Applications and Ecosystem for HP Networking.
He also had four years serving as VP of Cloud Engineering at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. He led the effort to deliver Aruba's innovative SD-Branch solution, as well as the delivery of key Cloud portfolio products like next-generation AirWave and Aruba Cloud Platform.

Bonsey Jaden Group (Southeast Asia)
The company has bolstered its leadership team across the Southeast Asian region with the appointment of Daniel Loo as Regional Executive Creative Director.
Loo brings with him over twenty years of experience that followed the industry shift from traditional to digital media. In that time, he has led creative teams in some of the top international advertising agencies in Malaysia, including Ogilvy, McCann and Hakuhodo. A copywriter at his core, Loo has also acted as the Regional Head of Copy at Grab at a time when the company was changing rapidly, giving him a necessary cross-cultural perspective on what drives the coming waves of new businesses.

Karen Egan has joined the company as Chief Customer Experience Officer.
Based in Cork, Ireland, Egan has global responsibility for the company's customer experience, including Professional Services, Success, and Support teams.
The technology and support veteran brings more than 27 years of experience in the software and IT industry, with 20 years in technical support. In addition, people and culture are always at the top of Egan's mind, and she is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Before joining Cohesity, Egan served as an SVP of Global Support at VMware, where she was responsible for global support of new and strategic products, all customer escalations, and customer success for VMware's solutions.
Under her leadership, she led the team to ensure a seamless and excellent support experience for enterprise, commercial, and SMB customers across all product suites, including on-premises, SaaS and hybrid offerings.

Daniel Tan has been appointed as the Pre-sales Director for Japan, South East Asia, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Tan will manage the rapid integration of Commvault's industry-leading data services platform, enabling the flexibility and simplicity of its cloud solutions into the go-to-market teams and partners ecosystem to empower our customers to store, protect, optimise, and use their data, wherever it lives.
Tan joins the company with a proven track record of more than 15 years in networking, data centre and virtualisation space, including successfully incubating and selling off a full-stack web development startup.
Prior to joining Commvault, Tan held several regional solutions pre-sales engineering roles leading high-performing solutions architects across South East Asia, Korea, and Asia Pacific with tenures at VMware, Cisco, and Panasonic. At Cisco, he was also the global data centre practice and solutions lead for its data centre solutions.

Deloitte (Australia)
In response to the challenges organisations face as they seek to balance digital transformation and technology risk, the company is making another significant investment in its growth strategy and cyber security offerings, with the team from leading cyber consultancy, Hacktive, joining the professional services firm.
Founded by CEO Chris Gatford and Keith Hazelwood in 2018, Hacktive specialises in the full range of cyber risk services, including vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, managed security services provider (MSSP) services, testing and incident readiness and response.
The team of ten operates from Sydney and primarily works with clients across the financial services, health, utilities, retail and public sectors. Gatford will become a Deloitte Risk Advisory partner, and Hazelwood a Risk Advisory principal.
"The incoming team from Hacktive will elevate our current cyber practice, bolster our ability to provide managed cyber security services, and expand capability within our Cyber Intelligence Centre. Domo (Asia Pacific)
Brad Kasell has been appointed as Principal Technology Strategist for APAC in a move that reflects the uptake of Domo and its cloud-based platform in the region.
The newly created role will see Kasell drive the purpose-built technology brand in the region through thought leadership, data strategy and customer experience.
Immediately ex-Oracle, Kasell brings over 27 years of experience in software engineering, management consulting, sales, digital strategy and data protection and has held previous roles at multinationals, including McKinsey, Deloitte Digital, PwC, Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, and Salesforce in Australia and the United States.
Domo APAC has seen consistent growth, and to meet that demand from the market, it has grown its team by 70% over the past two years.
Kasell's appointment reflects Domo's commitment to the region, serving APAC customers in local time zones across sales, customer success, consulting and technical support.

Duncan Cotterill (New Zealand)
Peter Fernando has been promoted to its partnership, continuing a period of significant expansion in the firm's leadership team and presence in New Zealand.
Based in Duncan Cotterill's Christchurch Corporate and Commercial team, Fernando is a specialist in the technology sector, supporting public and private sector clients with procurement and complex contracts with technology partners, as well as advising major tech firms and startups. He also acts for both vendors and purchasers in mergers and acquisitions, with a particular interest in software as a service (SaaS).
"I really enjoy helping clients on both sides, vendors and customers, negotiate and implement contracts to make the most of modern technologies and create the best outcomes for their organisation," Fernando says.
Fernando is also an expert on privacy law and cyber risk, helping clients manage privacy and cyber incidents and threats and to understand their obligations under the Privacy Act 2020 and related codes.

Envestnet Yodlee (New Zealand)
Data and analytics expert Dr John Harrison has been appointed to the newly created role of Head of Open Banking for Australia and New Zealand.
Harrison joins Envestnet Yodlee from global open banking platform TrueLayer, where he was a product manager overseeing their data products in Australia. In addition, he previously served as a data scientist and open banking product owner at Westpac.
In his new role at Envestnet Yodlee, Harrison will lead the organisation's open banking strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Harrison will lead the Australian product capability whilst supporting commercial, product and engineering teams and working with clients to help them provide new and better experiences with the Consumer Data Right.
Timothy Poskitt, ANZ Country Manager at Envestnet Yodlee, is excited to have Harrison join the team as it expands its footprint and expertise across the region.

Epsilon (South Korea)
Sungjoon Choi has been appointed as its Chief Financial Officer.
Choi will lead Epsilon's global financial and legal strategy and work closely with Epsilon CEO Michel Robert and the wider leadership team. He will also work alongside parent company KT Corp., to support Epsilon's global growth plan.
With over 20 years of experience at KT, South Korea's largest telecommunications company, Choi brings a wealth of industry and financial expertise to Epsilon. He held a leading role in KT's Finance Management Office for over 10 years and also spent seven years in the Marketing Strategy Office, accelerating KT's roadmap with key market insights. Between working in the two functions, Sungjoon completed an MBA at Duke University's Fuqua Business School.

Michael Truong has joined its team as Chief Product Officer.
In the role, he will lead product management for the Division's flagship brand ExpressVPN, as well as CyberGhost and Private Internet Access.
Truong brings an incredible depth of experience as a product leader. Most recently, he was Group Head of Product & Analytics at Grab, one of Asia's largest and most successful technology companies. There, he led a team of hundreds of product managers and data analysts, delivering products and services used by over 32 million users monthly.
Prior to Grab, he was an early employee of Uber, leading multiple teams to help scale the product and business to hundreds of cities worldwide.
His career in tech spans more than 20 years across the globe in Canada, USA, and Singapore, starting in video games as a Software Engineer and a Producer, moving on to co-found a startup building educational apps for children where one of his apps was inducted into the iTunes Hall of Fame, and he earned iTunes Editor's Choice honours ten times for ten different apps.

Shannon Harris has been appointed Managing Director and Technology Leader of IBM New Zealand. Shannon joins from Spark, where she was General Manager of Sales for Business Group North, and has previously held senior roles at HPE, Triquesta, Lenovo, Walker Wireless and AT&T.
Harris previously worked for IBM, as Head of Direct Sales, Northern, for two years until 2007.

Mace (Asia Pacific)
Chris Wallace has been appointed as Head of Datacentres and Critical Facilities, bolstering the consultancy business' growth in the data centre market in Asia Pacific.
Wallace joins Mace from CBRE, where he served as Project Director in Singapore. He brings an impressive background in critical systems engineering and nearly three decades of experience in project delivery from the consultancy and contracting space to Mace. As the sector matured in the early 2000s, Wallace was one of the driving forces in early delivery of data centres in Southeast Asia.
He worked on the first Microsoft Greenfield new build data centre in Singapore and helped grow Turner & Townsend's business in Singapore & Malaysia before moving on to CBRE, where he supported the delivery of data centres in Singapore, China and Taiwan for world-leading blue-chip technology companies.

Movio (EMEA)
London-based Gabriel Swartland has been promoted to Client Services Senior Vice President.
The move follows the appointment of former Chief Client Officer Sarah Lewthwaite as Chief Executive in July and marks a renewed focus on innovation in the cinema industry post-pandemic.
Swartland previously held the position of Regional Director & Vice President for Movio's Europe, Middle East and Africa territories.
In his new role, he will be responsible for all client service regions globally, working alongside exhibitors, distributors and film studios to help them leverage the value in their database, offer more products and services through data-driven marketing campaigns and ultimately grow revenue streams.
"I've had the pleasure of working with world-class exhibitors and distributors from across EMEA and I'm very much looking forward to learning from our clients based further afield," Swartland says.

Optic Security (South Australia)
Mark Lloyd, A/NZ Group Managing Director, Optic Security, has announced the appointment of Glenn Shaw as South Australia State Manager.
Shaw joins Optic, holding senior management positions in the utilities, electrical, and facilities management sectors. Originating from Canada, his 17 years in South Australia have been marked by rapid promotion and strong people and business outcomes.

In his new specialist role, Warren will manage long-term relationships with Defence clients, acting as the point of contact between key stakeholders and Optic Security Group's operational and administrative teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions. The role will also be responsible for planning and overseeing Defence projects within the region.

Leading sustainability company Sedex is delighted to announce the appointment of Sonny Bangar as Chief Financial Officer.

Bigblu Broadband, the UK publicly listed owner of Australia's largest satellite provider, SkyMesh, has appointed telco industry entrepreneur Paul Torrisi as a Non-Executive Director of its Australasian operations.
Torrisi has served as CEO, Group CEO and Director of telecommunications companies and recently built the largest private fixed wireless telecommunications company in Australia.
He has worked across the private sector and publicly listed companies and has a very strong background in building companies that are high-growth and high-return. Torrisi is enthusiastic about where the industry is heading and the speed that alternatives to fixed-line broadband are emerging. His experience in emerging technologies and improving outcomes for those, especially in regional and remote areas, will help SkyMesh be at the forefront of an exciting time in the industry.
Having experienced enormous growth in recent years, the business has desires to continue its expansion through new technologies, product streams and acquisitions, as well as development of its burgeoning business in New Zealand.

Catherine Hemingray has been appointed as its Sales Director.
Hemingray is responsible for leading SmartCIC's commercial teams and working with partners and customers to develop bespoke connectivity and field services solutions.
She is a 16-year veteran and board member at SmartCIC and has held roles that include Carrier Relations Director, Account Director, and Head of Service Delivery.
In her role as Sales Director, Hemingray will lead the SmartCIC sales team and set its commercial strategy. She will support the growth of its business as it serves Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 enterprises.

Tony Agar has been appointed as its new Group Sales Regional Lead for its Northern region, with Michele Wong replacing Tony as IoT Lead.
As Group Sales Regional Lead, Agar will lead Spark Business Group's customer-facing teams, working with clients and partners from Northland to Palmerston North.
Tony started his Spark career at Telecom Business 15 years ago in Wellington and has worked across and led a number of Spark teams, including commercial, pricing, strategy, sales, marketing and solutions. Most recently, he was IoT Lead, holding responsibility for the development of Spark's Internet of Things business, growing it from 'day one' establishment to making a material contribution to Spark's revenues.

Wong also led the development and implementation of the 3-year plan for Spark's IoT business. Most recently, she was acting Product Chapter Area Lead, leading ~100 product chapter members across product management, product E2E, product marketing and trusted product chapter domains.

Founder Steven Rowe is passing the role of CEO to Tim Chopping, who has, until recently, served as the firm's Sales, Marketing and People Executive Manager.
Rowe will remain Chairman of the firm and assume a Founder in Residence position within the SRA Labs startup incubator.

Chopping was peer-elected as chair of the SA/NT Council of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) and mentors many startup founders, specifically championing diversity & inclusion.

Jeff Mackey has been appointed as Sales Application Engineer.
Mackey will support the SurgeX team as the in-house technical expert for the entire product lineup, supporting sales, training and customer success across markets.
Mackey is a career-long AV professional who holds numerous industry and manufacturer certifications, including the AVIXA CTS-D certification for audiovisual system design. He brings over four decades of dynamic AV experience across the corporate, integration and hospitality markets to the SurgeX team.

Dave Clark has joined the company as its CEO.
Clark most recently served as General Manager at FreeWheel, a Comcast Company. He replaces Eric Berry, the company's Co-Founder and CEO, who is stepping away from his role overseeing TripleLift's day-to-day operations. Berry will continue with the company as a member of its Board of Directors.
Clark is a seasoned digital media executive with over two decades of experience spanning ad tech, streaming, software and publishing.

Lee Hawksley has joined the company as Asia Pacific and Japan Senior Vice President and Managing Director, effective November 2022.
A seasoned executive with more than 20 years' experience in leadership and senior management roles in the technology industry across all of Asia, Hawksley has a track record in leading hyper-growth sales, go-to-market operations, and developing new markets. He will report directly to Chris Weber, Chief Business Officer, UiPath.
Hawksley most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Asia Pacific Japan at Twilio, Inc.
Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of Sales at Salesforce, having joined Salesforce by way of the acquisition of ExactTarget in June 2013.
