A Melbourne, Australia, Home That King Charles and Princess Diana Visited Gets Price Cut
A nearly 100-year-old mansion in Melbourne, Australia, that once hosted King Charles and Princess Diana has cut A$600,000 off its price guide (US$383,238). The home was listed a year ago with a price guide of A$4.8 million to A$5.2 million, but after the price cut, it’s now asking between A$4.2 million and A$4.6 million. The then Prince and Princess of Wales visited the property during their Australian tour in 1985, and King Charles had previously stayed there for six months while studying at Geelong Grammar School in 1966. Built in 1928, the home has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Nine.com.au

Spain’s Balearic Islands Are a Multi-Million-Euro Home Hotspot
The Balearic Islands are home to the most million-euro plus homes across Spain, according to the property portal Idealista. The priciest on the archipelago is a more than 22,000-square-foot mansion in Mallorca’s Port d’Andratx asking just shy of €25 million (US$26.9 million). It’s followed by a home in Cala Vinyes, also in Mallorca, asking €24 million. Despite the eight-figure price tags, neither ranks as the most expensive in Spain, a title that goes to a €35 million estate on the mainland in Las Lomas, Marbella. Majorca Daily Bulletin
