Dubai Registered an 87% Annual Increase in Total Home Sales in May
Real estate sales spiked 87% in May, according to a report by real estate listings website Property Finder. There were about AED 34 billion (US$9.3 billion) worth of sales recorded last month, up from last May’s AED 26.5 billion. There was also a 78% annual increase in deals, with off-plan purchases accounting for 49% of sales. The volume of off-plan property sales surged to more than 5,700 transactions, a 110% jump on an annual basis, from 2,716 deals registered a year earlier. The National

A historic, hot-pink cottage in Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, has hit the market just in time for summer, asking $875,000. About 700 square feet, the house was updated in 2021 to accommodate year-round living. Toronto Home Sales Saw a 25% Spike in May
Home sales in Toronto rose 25% year over year in May, as well as 20% compared to April, according to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. Demand has increased this spring as buyers have moved off the sidelines, according to Jason Mercer, the board’s chief market analyst. “Many home buyers have recalibrated their housing needs in the face of higher borrowing costs and are moving back into the market.
