Brooklyn Apartment Jeremy Strong Rented While Filming ‘Succession’ Is on the Market
The Brooklyn apartment that Emmy-winning actor Jeremy Strong rented in 2017 while filming the first season of “Succession,” has hit the market for $1.65 million. Strong, who starred as Kendall Roy in the popular HBO series, rented the two-bedroom Williamsburg abode for about $5,000 a month. Massachusetts Home Prices Growing Twice as Fast as the U.S.
Home price growth in Massachusetts has consistently outpaced the U.S., with properties appreciating twice as fast as the rest of the country this spring, according to a Zillow report. Typical prices in the state are also nearly double the rest of the country. The Zillow Home Values Index showed that the average Massachusetts home value, based on data through May 31, is $629,177. Adelaide, Australia, Is One of the World’s Least Affordable Housing Markets
Adelaide has been declared one of the least affordable housing markets in the English-speaking world, with the city one of three Australian capitals ranked among the 10 most unaffordable global cities. Confidence in the Housing Market in the U.K. Is Slipping
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, or RICS, found that a net balance of 8% of property professionals saw home buyer demand falling rather than rising last month, the weakest reading since November. The report showed that buyer demand was weakest in the South East and South West of England. RICSreported that a measure of house prices fell slightly in May as demand weakened.
