Prometheus Wine is bringing their passion for good vibes and great wine to Tiny’s with a 5 course wine dinner hosted by owner and winemaker Daniel Zuzolo – the beating heart of this vibrant wine label produced in Riverland, South Australia.
Flying over from Melbourne with over two decades of winemaking experience under his belt, Daniel will be showcasing refreshing whites, to vibrant reds, and the delicate rosés inbetween. With a focus on “grapes grown in the right place,” Prometheus Wines specialise in emerging grape varietals that thrive in the warm, dry climate of the Riverland. Grenache, Vermentino, Barbera and Aglianico to name a few.
Chef Erick Martinez has created a vibrant South American feast full of bold flavours that bring these expressive wines to life – and with Daniel Zuzolo at the helm, this wine dinner promises to be anything but boring!
