New England Patriots linebacker Matthew Judon has put his seven-bedroom mansion in Winter Garden, Florida, on the market for $3.6 million. U.K.’s Most Sustainable Neighborhood Given the Greenlight
Planning approval has been given to create the most sustainable neighborhood in the U.K. Development company Human Nature has been given the green light to transform a former industrial site in Lewes—a town some two hours south of London—into a 685-home enclave built from engineered timber. “When complete, it will be the U.K.’s largest timber-structure neighborhood and a blueprint for sustainable placemaking and social impact that can be deployed at scale,” the developer said. Chateau Artisan, a massive estate that sits in the center of a lake in Miami, has come to the market for $21.8 million. The unique abode is the personal residence of local architect Charles Sieger, who designed and built the property for himself in 2007, and includes a three-level main home and two guesthouses. “If you want to replicate this property today, you wouldn’t be able to,” said listing agent Renzo Rossato, with EXP Realty. “I don’t think that you are allowed to dig out and do what they did to create the moat surrounding the home.” SFGate
Online Home Listings Drop in Dubai After Crackdown
The number of online property listings in Dubai is dropping, following a move from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority to bring in extra layers of transparency on what’s being sold and by whom. “After RERA’s latest crackdown, we have seen a noticeable drop in listings,” said Florine Rusu, managing director at Market Price Real Estate. “This has given us a clearer picture of what the Dubai property market is being driven by. It has also allowed us to give our buyers and sellers a more realistic picture of where prices are, and this has increased transparency.” Gulf News
