A variety of online tools are available for injured workers, employers, and health care and service providers to view and share information about a claim.
There are three ways to access information and tools related to your claim.
Online services account: With an online services account, you can access your claim information and all of our online tools. When you log in you can:
If you don’t already have an online services account, you’ll need two numbers to create one: your Customer Care number and your Personal Access number. We mail these to you in separate letters to help protect your security. For more information, please watch this video on Creating an Online Services Account as a Worker.
Log on or create an account
Use our document uploader: You can also upload documents to your claim file without logging in to your online services account. You can upload most forms and documents without an online services account — the only ones that cannot be uploaded are requests for reimbursement, your report of injury, disease, or hearing loss, requests for disclosure, and requests to change your contact information. Check claim status and payment information: If you’d prefer not to set up an online services account, you can use your claim number and Personal Access number, which we send by mail, to get limited information about the status of your claim and recent payment information. If you do not have a Personal Access number, you can enter your claim number to see just your claim status.

To set up your online services account, you’ll need your WorkSafeBC account number and either the payroll report ID from a recent payroll report or your Internet Application Reference number. For more information, please watch this video on Creating an Online Services Profile as an Employer.
