W Miami, an urban oasis in Miami’s trendy Brickell District, is pleased to announce the appointment of new executive chef Juan Rivera and the launch of ADDiKT’s Sunday Brunch at the hotel’s 15th-floor restaurant, ADDiKT Modern Kitchen.
Available starting Sunday, Oct. 23 from 11am-4pm, the ADDiKT brunch menu will include classic American brunch favorites with a Miami twist, such as their Shrimp & Grits made with jumbo shrimp, smoked cheddar, green peppers, bacon, and scallions; Mango and Chia Seed Pudding made with fresh Mango, agave and toasted coconut; Greek Parfait with acai and fresh fruit; Chilaquiles & Eggs with corn tortilla, salsa roja, queso fresco, sunny side up egg and fresh cilantro; Cubanito Sandwich made with Black Forest ham, slow cooked pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, and fries; and more. Desserts include Churros with cinnamon sugar and dulce de leche; Strawberry Shortcake with cookie crumble and fresh berries; and a Cookie Monster ice cream sandwich with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and strawberries. Brunch cocktails will also be available for guests to sip and enjoy while listening to live music from 12pm-3pm.
Executive Chef Juan Rivera, who has worked with luxury hotel brands for over 15 years, is in charge of menu planning and creation for the property’s onsite food and beverage offerings, which include ADDiKT Modern Kitchen, Icon Café, in-room dining, and banquet services.
