A full weekend of international football is coming up on AFI as the Nordic U17 Championships continue in Vantaa, Finland with the medal round games while the IFAF European Championship games roll into late round action.
All the games will be shown either on AFI.tv or on AFI.
Team Sweden was knocked out of contention against a tough Danish national team in the opening qualifier, losing 14-6 and will face Team Norway for the Bronze Medal. The Norwegians, with a very young team, suffered a 47-0 beatdown at the hands of the host team, Finland.

Team Denmark upset Sweden, beating them 14-6 to reach the Gold Medal Final. Meanwhile, Finland rolled over a young Norwegian squad 47-0 to qualify for the championship final.

Team Spain plays host to Ireland, aka the Irish Wolfhounds, in an IFAF Group B qualification game.

Team Austria will host Hungary, newly promoted from Group B, on Sunday, October 23 at 13:00 CET (1 pm, 7 am ET). The link will be posted on game day.
Team Serbia will host the Swiss National Team on Sunday, October 23 at 14:00. Both the Swiss and Serbians lost to Team Sweden. Sweden edged Serbia 21-14 two weeks ago and then beat Switzerland 31-6 last week in Switzerland.
