Four questions with Courtney Karasin, founder of songs for seeds.
Why did you start your business?
To bring joy, and new experiences to little ones through music and a sense of bonding and fun between caregiver and child
What is your best-selling product/service?
Our songs for seeds private backyard pod classes!
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
In addition to our private backyard pods, we also run classes at the YWCA Greenwich and First Congregational Church of Darien. Both are incredible organizations that we treasure working with! We also used to work with Action Arts in Old Greenwich – an absolutely wonderful place.
Have you reimagined your small business?
We used to only run classes at our YWCA/FCC Location and then due to the pandemic, we pivoted to private outdoor classes as a way to resume and it was such a hit!
