The University of Luxembourg moved up in the world university rankings.
Last year, the Uni LU was ranked in the top 300, however it has now climbed up to top 250 this year.
The top of the ranking list features the University of Oxford, followed by Harvard.
In terms of European universities, the results were mixed, with numerous French, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian and Irish Universities shuffled around in their rankings.
This year has seen universities from Asia climbing their way up the list. A total of 669 Asian universities were featured in the rankings. Asia now overtakes Europe, which boasts a humble 639 universities on the list.
This year’s rankings feature 3 Asian universities in the top 20, with Continental Europe following closely behind with a single top 20 finisher, ETH Zurich.
